PlantOne Projection

PlantOne projection is a product that was developed to provide more information to employees that are assembling wood trusses. It takes coordinate system files of a truss and produces the information required to build a truss without requiring paperwork. This process has been used in many other manufacturing industries to show the information need in a timely fashion. Now Enventek has brought it to the wood component manufacturing industry. The benefits of projecting the information is that employees can see from their station the information they need without huddling or looking at papers. This problem seems like a minor problem but to provide the employee with the information to do their job in a quick efficient fashion will add up in the future. PlantOne Projection is a small step to great improvements with a process.

Spida SafeGrip

Enventek has finished its development of the SafeGrip for Spida saws. This safety feature will provide the operators of these saws with a safer working environment. The development process took a bit longer than expected a month beyond scheduled date due to manufacturing. However SafeGrip Spida has been greatly simplified from the speedcut version to make it easier to make a more flexible to mount on Spida saws and provide a simple installation. With the release of the SafeGrip Spida, Enventek plans to continue to provide other safety products in the future.
